Little Hollywood Shootout
March 13 – April 3 - Registration due by March 11, 2013
READY. AIM. SHOOT!
This is your chance to make a film in “Little Hollywood” home to landmark scenery where
epic movies like “The Outlaw Josey Wales” and “Planet of the Apes” were shot. The race
begins at high noon on March 13, 2013 at the historic Parry Lodge in Kanab, where themes
and requirements of the competition will be revealed. The competition concludes with the
film submission deadline on April 3, 2013 also at high noon. The majority of filming must
take place in Kane County and post production can take place anywhere. Films can be
submitted online or in person on April 3, 2013.
REQUIREMENTS
Films must be no more than 5 minutes long
Films must be at least D1 broadcast quality (720 x 480) but HD is preferred (1920 x 1080)
Films must be submitted as a Quicktime movie with h.264 compression as a digital upload.
Your name and phone number must be clearly labeled on the submission.
